More “groundwork” as I prep for the official launch of Reading Watchmen in January.
The second podcast I discovered during the run-up to the Watchmen film was the then newly-minted Legion of Dudes podcast, an offshoot of Half Hour Wasted. The LOD, as they are colloquially known, led off with a bi-weekly examination of Watchmen, and, as with the CGS Footnotes podcasts, they brought another perspective to this book that allowed me to better appreciate what Moore & Gibbons achieved with Watchmen. Below are those initial podcasts.
Also, as Ben Truman pointed out to me, these podcasts will ruin the end of the book for you, if you've never read it before, so SPOILER WARNING!!!
